The Drama of No Longer Now focuses on a handful of beings that are fated to live through different lives throughout the multiverse, lives entwining with each other. Each of them maintains a core set of values, as well as some physical features, while being suspect to the environment and circumstances which they are raised.
The Comedy of No Longer Now has none such overarching themes or plots. If you do find such devices, please consult your psychiatrist and perhaps write a book. It's about the antics of Pascal and Copernicus, not the historical ones.
